Purchase/Repair/Service Orders

The purchasing screen is used to enter purchase, repair or service orders. A part must be in Item Master to be placed on a purchase order and must be in inventory to be placed on a repair or transfer order. Service orders are created for non-inventory services. This screen allows the buyer to add special instructions, add quote information, view request, receipt, inventory and alternate items information and cancel purchase order lines.
